- Name and email address when you register
- Profile information such as your tennis skill level, playing preferences, and city/location
- Profile photos you upload
- Messages you send to other players through the app
- Match history and session records
Information collected automatically:
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Usage data such as screens viewed and features used
- Log data including IP address and access timestamps
- Firebase Analytics data (aggregated and anonymized)
Location information: CourtMeet asks you to enter your city to help match you with nearby players. We do not collect precise GPS location data from your device.

- Create and manage your account
- Match you with other players based on your skill level, location, and preferences
- Enable in-app messaging between players
- Send you notifications about matches, bookings, and app updates
- Improve the Service and develop new features

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With other users: Your public profile (name, skill level, city, profile photo) is visible to other CourtMeet users to facilitate matchmaking.
- Service providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and storage services, and Google Places for city search. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal processes.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), Firebase security rules, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CourtMeet is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
